"When my husband, Bill, was discharged from Southmead Hospital I was told there were no care packages available and he was being discharged to a care home.
I replied he was not going to the home and I will find care for him myself.
Which I did - the best thing that could have happened to our lives at that point was finding Aggie, who, along with members of her team, looked after Bill for 3 years until he died in October 2020.
The carers were punctual, efficient, professional, always considering the dignity and personal safety for their clients like Bill.
Bill had complete confidence in Aggie and the team and felt he was treated as an individual and respected their professional integrity.
During this time Aggie and her team had to transfer to 24/7 care for Bill because I ended up in the hospital for 8 days.
I have recommended Aggie's team to many people, all of whom have agreed that it would be very difficult to find a better care service.
I have already made arrangements with Aggie for any care I might need in the future."

"Jay and Agnes' home care is second to none!
They are dedicated to providing the highest level of care in a friendly, warm and supportive manner. Following a bespoke routine, they pay exceptional attention to detail and mum’s care needs - from personal care to ensuring that she has a cup of tea at hand and taking her for a walk in her wheelchair. Mum always looks forward to their visits as there is plenty of chatter, a delicious meal prepared and maybe an outing to the shops or a friend.
Agnes and Jay are reliable and conscientious, always happy to listen to the family’s concerns and assist where they can. We wouldn’t be without them."

"My wife, Flo, was diagnosed with early stage dementia 3 years ago.
I was looking for someone to care for her last year as things were getting more difficult for me to help. I saw a poster with Jay on and gave them a phonecall.
Jay has been looking after Flo wonderfully, he has become a dear friend to her and she enjoys her visits so much.
The time he spends here also gives me time to rest up or go out for a cuppa with friends.
Flo loves going to the garden centre with Jay, it's the highlight of her week!
Thanks to Jay and his team, they are a wonderful bunch."

"Jay and Aggie have been supporting me for a year now, through my Bipolar journey.
They help encourage me with the things I need to do to look after myself, help me clean and take my dog for walks.
They are both happy, kind people, I really enjoy their visits, and even more the times I am well enough to go out for coffee with them, or even a simple trip to Asda.
I can honestly say that having these guys care for me has been a great part of my life, they've made it better and I don't know where I'd be without them."
